Experience a routesetting workshop like no other. In collaboration with BFF Climb, this beginner-friendly workshop will give you exclusive insight and hands-on experience on how to begin your routesetting journey.
Here are some of the topics that you can expect during the workshop.
Introduction to commercial routesetting.
Safety in routesetting.
Understanding holds selection.
Understanding movements and how to set them accordingly.
With IFSC routesetter Hiroshi Okano as the head trainer, supported by Griplines, you can expect a comprehensive and rich routesetting experience throughout the workshop. Completion of this workshop will create an opportunity for participants to continue setting at BFF Climb as an apprentice.

Pre-requisite:
Participants must be able to climb Grade 5 (BFF Climb) minimally.
No setting experience is required; however, participants must attend the pre-workshop orientation on 26 Feb 2023, 3pm.
Participants are to bring climbing gear (shoes & chalk bag) for the entire course duration.
